Key Skills
- A solid understanding of networking, and how infrastructure services interact (e.g. DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLANs, routing)
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to prioritise, assess risk, organise and execute quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment with ever-changing and competing demands
- Collaborate with Regional Team on project work duties
- Strong professional interest and/or work experience in network security, data privacy, and encryption standards.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently in an unstructured and fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to pick up issues quickly, to articulate complex matters clearly
- Strong project planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Respond to users via help desk ticketing systems
- Excellent customer support skills
- Configure and maintain servers, VoIP Phones, mobile phones, laptops, Apple devices, and other networking devices
- Excellent Linux knowledge
- Act as part of an on-call rotation and respond to outages as needed

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma from a local polytechnic & clearly demonstrated passion for technology and learning
- CompTIA A+
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or comparable educational experience
- 2 years of experience as a System Administrator
- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA Linux+
- CompTIA Security+
- Cisco CCNA certification
